A Nice Weekend out

This past weekend we visited Palm Beach Kennel Club where we have some pups beginning to break in. Saturday night we watched Ozzie the man win his race and The Derby Finals. The track was packed, standing room only in most area's. It was real nice to see all the families with their kids and some that brought their ex-racers down to the track for a visit. Palm beach has really turned it around, nice place to go for a night out. Also had a chance to visit with Michael Yurick who runs our pups and had me too entered in the derby, finishing third. A true gentleman and asset to our industry.
In other news, want to thank everyone for the e-mails and calls on Mjg Spark Plug. He was invovled in a three dog collision Friday Night but finished and came off sound and healthy. He will be rested this week and be put back on next.
We will be listing some real nice pups for sale this week on the Nga boards, should make somebody some real nice racers and or stakes contenders as one could see from previous litters.
We are currently training six pups for the spring nationals, all looking good. Barring any injuries or set backs, they should be some to watch.

ThankYou Wendy

A special thanks to Wendy for getting our news page back and running again. We have some nice young pups starting to break in at a number of tracks. The biggest stand out so far is Mjg Spark Plug over at Derby Lane winning his first two official starts with a blistering 3028 last time out. This youngster looks to be the real deal. Mjg Wild Always moved back into top class with a win last week. Both Gr's Empire Gem and Fuzzys Tornado are in season and will be bred this week. Proper Chyna had a litter of seven 2 males and 5 females. They all look like there daddy Trent Lee and need to thank Larry for the breeding. We have listed a few broods for sale on the nga site and still have a couple of pups out of lonesome cry and dodgem by design that are for sale. If their is any interest feel free to drop me a line. Till next time.

Great weekend

Mjg wild willy won his (b) race with a 3239 at Southland to move back up to A class, his personal best since returning from injury. Mjg wild always continued her streak with a perfect 9 for 9 in the money at Birmingham, she's really come around since turning two.
Other news, We entered our first Global auction as sellers and what a great time we had, sold some pups inside and outside but met some of the most nicest people in our industry. We normally race everything we breed but with so many pups on the ground and more to come, we figured we sell some off. I really hated to see the two brigade pups go but that's part of being in business. We look forward to seeing them run. Thanks to all my buyers.
We are getting some pups ready for the spring nationals. We feel we have some that will be good enough to compete, this will be our second one. If their is any interest on any of the pups or broods that didn't sell yesterday, feel free to drop me an email.
